Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Writer role based in Hyderabad. The Content Writer will develop clear, engaging content for websites, property listings, brochures, email campaigns, social media posts, and other marketing collateral. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching projects and local market trends, writing and updating content, proofreading and editing materials, and maintaining brand voice across channels. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales,



and design teams to support campaigns, project launches, and customer communications. The Content Writer will also help plan content calendars, optimize messaging for target audiences, and ensure timely delivery of all written materials.
Qualifications
Candidates should have good writing skills and basic content editing ability.
Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Research skills to plan effective messaging and gather accurate project information.
Candidates should possess Proofreading skills to ensure error-free, polished content that aligns with brand standards.
Candidates should have excellent command of English, with clear, concise, and audience-focused communication.
Candidates should ideally have prior experience in real estate, property marketing, or related industries (preferred but not mandatory).
A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory — freshers are welcome to apply
