Profile Overview:
The Runway Coach for Kids at Juniors Group of Companies (JGC) will specialize in training and mentoring young models (aged 3–16) registered with JGC to develop their runway skills for events such as Juniors Fashion Week (JFW) and other kidswear fashion shows or shoots. The role focuses on delivering both online and offline training sessions to teach confident runway techniques, foster self-esteem, and prepare junior models for auditions,



live performances, and shoots in a fun, supportive, and age-appropriate manner. The coach will collaborate with event organizers, brands, and parents to ensure a positive and professional experience for young talent.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Runway Training for Junior Models (Online and Offline):
Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate training sessions, both online (via platforms like Zoom or Google Meet) and offline (in-person workshops), to teach junior models runway walking techniques, including posture, pacing, and posing.
Use creative and fun methods tailored to children to build confidence and stage presence, ensuring young models feel comfortable and empowered during shows and shoots.
Teach models how to walk in various outfits, including high heels (where age-appropriate), while emphasizing balance and poise for runway and shoot settings.
