Role Description The Registration Manager is a hybrid operations-leadership and business-development role, responsible for:
• Owning CloudCrest's entire registration practice end-to-end — Entity Registration, Business Conversion, Business Closure, Tax Registration, and Other Business Registrations — from the point a client ticket is raised through to certificate/approval delivery.




• Allocating and tracking work across the team through the ticketing system, assigning each ticket based on complexity, workload, and specialisation.
• Building and maintaining a reliable external network of professionals and associates (company secretaries, advocates, notaries, liaison agents, and other empanelled contractors) who can be engaged/contracted to get client registration work done accurately and on time.
• Actively representing CloudCrest in the market — presenting the firm's services to prospects, referral sources, and professional forums to bring in recent business.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in client onboarding and Curious about setting up businesses for clients and getting them to understand the required licenses based on industry-specific.
Experience with registration workflows, compliance checks, and maintaining accurate records in financial or professional services environments.
