About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market reach.
Generate new B2B/retail business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
Monitor sales performance, targets, conversions, and team productivity.
Conduct regular sales meetings and review individual team performance.
Plan customer visits, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with CRM, production, dispatch, and management teams for smooth order execution.




Prepare and share regular sales reports and performance updates with management.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing.
Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, orders, payments, and pending enquiries.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B, wholesale, retail, textile, home furnishing,
Proven experience in managing and achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Positive knowledge of sales reporting and CRM systems.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development when required.
