Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with a mix of in office client meetings and event visits,



as well as some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building long-term relationships with corporate and private clients. Day-to-day activities include developing and executing sales strategies, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with internal event and operations teams, and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to delivery. The Business Development Manager will track market trends, maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools, negotiate contracts, and support revenue growth across Fakhri Events’ service portfolio. The role also involves attending industry events, networking with key stakeholders, and representing the brand in a professional and client-focused manner.
