People First & Culture: Be the go-to friendly face for team queries, offer empathetic support during conflict resolution,



and help build a positive, inclusive, and psychologically safe work setting.

Talent & Onboarding: Help us find amazing human beings who align with our mission, and curate warm, seamless onboarding experiences so new hires feel welcome from Day 1.

The Essentials (Behind the Scenes): Keep our HR operations tight—assisting with payroll, benefits, maintaining records, and coordinating performance growth check-ins with care and confidentiality.

Bridge Builder: Collaborate across teams to ensure our HR policies aren't just rulebooks, but living practices that protect labor compliance and boost overall team morale.

What You Bring to the Table
The Basics: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (bonus points if you’ve done an HR internship or have a bit of prior HR experience).
