Job Responsibilities include:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve client goals and agency growth targets.
Provide leadership, vision, and direction to the account management and PR team.
Collaborate with other department heads to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as a primary point of contact for key client accounts, fostering strong relationships.
Understand client needs,

Oversee the development of account plans and ensure their successful execution.

Business Development:

Drive organic growth within existing client accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding services.

Team Management and Development:
