Role Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who understands not just how to create and publish content, but why content works. The ideal candidate should be curious, creative, and comfortable experimenting with recent ideas, analyzing performance, and finding ways to improve content and audience engagement.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan, create, and execute engaging content across formats including static posts, carousels, reels, short-form videos, and other platform-specific formats.
Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with brand objectives and communication strategies.
Monitor social media performance and analyze key metrics to understand content and audience behaviour.
Identify what is working, what isn’t, and use insights to continuously improve content performance.
Experiment with different hooks, storytelling styles, formats, and content approaches to improve reach and engagement.
Collaborate with brand, strategy, design, copy, and content teams to develop and execute ideas.
Stay updated with social media trends, emerging formats, platform updates, and changing audience behaviours.
Actively participate in brainstorming and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and social content.
Track competitors and industry trends to identify relevant opportunities for clients and brands.
Prepare regular performance reports with key insights and actionable recommendations.
Take ownership of assigned social media accounts and ensure consistent, timely execution.
