Role Description This is a full time, on-site Pharmaceutical Sales Representative role based in India.



The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will promote Synokem’s portfolio to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital administrators, with the goal of driving prescription growth and product adoption. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and conducting sales visits, delivering product presentations, providing scientific and clinical information, and ensuring compliant promotional practices. The role involves building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, managing a designated territory, and achieving sales targets and performance metrics. The representative will also gather market intelligence, support product launches, coordinate with internal marketing and supply teams, and prepare regular sales reports and activity updates.
