Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Key Role & Ideal Profile:
Overall management and administration of BCAS, working closely with the President, Office Bearers and Managing Committee to translate strategic decisions into effective execution. The ideal candidate should have a postgraduate qualification in Management, Commerce, Law, Public Administration or a related discipline, with around 15–20 years of leadership experience, robust strategic planning, execution, governance and administration skills, and experience in managing multidisciplinary teams of 15–20 people. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, sound judgement, emotional maturity,



integrity and the ability to work effectively with elected office bearers and senior professionals are essential. Age: ideally 40–55 years.

Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with qualifications, experience and suitability.
