Development Manager – Residential Real Estate
Role Overview
The Development Manager will oversee/coordinate the development and execution of a residential real estate project on behalf of the organisation. The role will involve working closely with the on-site team, PMC, architects, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure delivery within approved cost, schedule, quality and development objectives.
Qualification
B.E.



/ B.Tech. in Civil Engineering (or Mechanical or Electrical) – Mandatory
MBA is NOT required; candidates with technical and execution backgrounds preferred.
Experience
6–9 years of experience in real estate development, construction or project management.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on site experience.
Robust theoretical and practical understanding of residential construction.
Job Location - Mumbai
Responsible for a residential project in Gurugram, with regular site travel.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Project Management
Monitor overall project execution against approved budget, schedule and milestones.
Regularly visit the site to independently assess progress, quality and execution risks.
Identify delays, cost overruns and project risks and drive corrective actions.
Coordinate with the development and project team to resolve execution issues.
