Role Overview

The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing the complete Team and developing a high-performing B2C sales team. The role will involve driving revenue, managing sales performance, coaching team members, and ensuring a smooth customer journey across TerraTern’s global mobility, immigration, and study-abroad services.

Required Qualifications And Experience

5–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or inside sales.
Experience in EdTech, study abroad, immigration, education, or other consultative B2C services.




Minimum 4 years of experience managing a sales team.
Proven experience in achieving revenue and conversion targets.
Robust hands-on experience in team handling, coaching, and performance management.
Experience using CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and sales dashboards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment.
Willingness to travel to other branch offices.
Age below 28 years & Engineering background preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives and Sales Consultants.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
Monitor sales funnels, lead allocation, follow-ups, conversions, revenue, and collections.
Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, call audits, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
