About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, connecting with potential clients, building strong relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, proactive in approaching potential clients, and comfortable working toward business development and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, online platforms, and outbound outreach.
Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers.




Connect with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Schedule and participate in client meetings and business discussions.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and follow-up communications.
Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Negotiate with clients and support the team in converting qualified leads into business.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and business opportunities in CRM or internal tracking systems.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
Achieve individual and team business development targets.
Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and results.
