We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) based in India to join our growing sales team and help us expand our U.S. client base.
This is a U.S.-focused sales position. You will communicate directly with business owners and decision-makers in the United States and help identify businesses that can benefit from our digital marketing services.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and identify potential business clients in the U.S.
Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and other prospecting activities.
Connect with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
Understand a prospect’s business, website, marketing challenges, and growth goals.
Introduce our SEO, website development, Google Ads, and digital marketing services.
Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and potential fit.
Schedule qualified appointments for our sales/management team.




Follow up consistently with prospects who have expressed interest.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and appointments in our CRM.
Meet weekly and monthly lead-generation and appointment-setting targets.
Work closely with our management and marketing teams to improve the sales process.
Develop a solid understanding of our services and communicate their value clearly to prospects.
What We’re Looking For
3–4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, telemarketing, or lead generation.
Experience selling to U.S. businesses is strongly preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
Confident making outbound calls and handling objections.
Self-motivated, persistent, and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
