Role Description The Senior CRM Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Thane, responsible for managing and enhancing the customer relationship lifecycle. This role involves overseeing lead management, tracking customer interactions, and ensuring accurate and timely updates within the CRM system. The Senior CRM Executive will coordinate with sales, marketing,



and customer service teams to optimize client communication, follow-up activities, and post-sales engagement. Daily tasks include analyzing CRM data, generating reports, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to increase client satisfaction and conversion rates. The role also includes handling customer queries, maintaining high service standards, and supporting initiatives that strengthen long-term relationships with homebuyers.
Qualifications
Strong CRM platform experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), with the ability to manage customer data, workflows, and reporting.
Skills in data analysis and reporting, including proficiency in Excel or other analytics tools to interpret customer and sales metrics.
