Own design for assigned features and product areas end-to-end, from problem definition to
shipped UI
Work with Product Managers to translate user needs and business goals into design requirements
Conduct or contribute to user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs in Figma
Participate in design reviews and apply design system components consistently
Collaborate closely with Engineering through implementation to ensure design fidelity
Contribute reusable patterns and components back to the design system




Present work in design critiques and incorporate feedback constructively

Requirements
3–5 years of Product Design experience, ideally in a product-based company
Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of shipped features, not just concepts
Solid grounding in interaction design, information architecture, and UI craft
Working knowledge of design systems — using tokens/components, not necessarily building them
Proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, and variables
Fluency with AI design/workflow tools (ChatGPT, Claude Code, NotebookLM, etc.)
Comfortable working directly with Engineers during implementation
Transparent communication and ability to present/defend design decisions to stakeholders
