Position: Junior Ticketing Executive
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage international and domestic flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus / Galileo
Handle customer inquiries related to flight schedules, fares, and ticketing policies
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and industry trends
Required Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of experience in ticketing within the travel industry
Proficiency in GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, and others
Good understanding of airline fare rules, ticketing policies, and refund procedures.




Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
IATA certification is preferred but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications:
IATA certification or any relevant travel and tourism qualification
Experience working with any GDS platform as mentioned above
