Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations for the branch/dealership.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination and employee records.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads.
Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI and labour-related requirements.
Manage HR policies, performance management and employee engagement activities.
Support training, induction and employee development programs.
Maintain HR MIS and prepare regular reports for management.
Handle HR operations related to automobile/commercial vehicle sales, service and workshop teams.
Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, sales teams, drivers and other operational staff.
Ensure smooth HR support for day-to-day commercial vehicle operations.
