Role Description The Zonal Head role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi, responsible for driving business growth and managing operations across the assigned zone. In this role, the individual will oversee branch and partner performance, set sales targets, and monitor achievement against key metrics. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring sales teams, coordinating with channel partners,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Zonal Head will analyze market trends, develop local strategies for customer acquisition and retention, and support the rollout of recent products and initiatives. The position also involves regular reporting to senior leadership, managing budgets, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture across the zone.
Qualifications
