HEAD OF E-COMMERCE & QUICK COMMERCE

Are you someone who can take an e-commerce business from “selling online” to actually scaling profitably?

We’re looking for a Head of E-Commerce & Quick Commerce to own and accelerate the online business across marketplaces + quick commerce platforms, with end-to-end responsibility for growth, revenue, profitability and channel strategy.
This is a business ownership role, not just a marketplace management position.

Responsibilities-
• End-to-end E-commerce & Quick Commerce P&L; and revenue targets
• Marketplace growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio & other platforms
• Quick commerce expansion across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket & emerging platforms
• Marketplace strategy, pricing, promotions, cataloguing, visibility and account health
• Quick commerce assortment, inventory availability, fill rates and regional expansion
• Platform negotiations, commercial terms and growth partnerships




• Performance marketing coordination and marketplace advertising
• Business planning, forecasting and data-led growth strategy
• Cross-functional leadership across supply chain, marketing, finance and product
• Customer experience, discoverability, ratings, retention and conversion optimisation

Requirements-
✔️ Has 7–12+ years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Management & Quick Commerce
✔️ Has scaled online businesses for FMCG, Consumer Goods, D2C, Retail or Lifestyle brands
✔️ Has strong hands-on experience with Amazon + Quick Commerce platforms
✔️ Understands P&L;, GMV, ROAS, CAC, contribution margin, conversion and fill-rate metrics
✔️ Has solid commercial, analytical, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
✔️ Can lead teams while still being close to the numbers and execution
✔️ Understands marketplace algorithms, AMS advertising, online merchandising and trade marketing
