Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Vadodara. The Sales Executive will engage directly with customers, providing product demonstrations, explaining fragrance profiles, and offering personalized recommendations that reflect the brand’s values and story. Daily responsibilities include managing in-store sales, handling customer inquiries and feedback,



maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring accurate inventory and point-of-sale operations. The role also involves cultivating long-term customer relationships, supporting local marketing initiatives and events, and sharing insights from the market to help refine sales strategies. Collaboration with the wider team to meet sales targets and uphold a premium customer experience is essential.
Qualifications
Strong sales and customer relationship skills, with experience in retail or luxury goods preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including active listening and confident presentation.
Interest in fragrances, beauty, or fashion, with the ability to learn and articulate product stories and ingredients.
Organizational and basic administrative skills, including inventory handling and POS operation.
