Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including handling employee queries, maintaining HR records,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The Human Resources Generalist will assist with recruitment processes, onboarding and induction, performance management support, and employee engagement initiatives. The role includes administering employee benefits, coordinating payroll inputs, and supporting HR reporting and documentation. The successful candidate will collaborate with managers and team members to foster a positive work environment and support HR projects that align with business objectives.
Qualifications
