Role Description The Assistant Branch Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Solapur, responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations and achieving business targets. This role includes supervising branch staff, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring high-quality customer service across lending, insurance, and wealth advisory offerings.



The Assistant Branch Manager will coordinate branch processes, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines, and manage reporting and documentation. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, driving local marketing initiatives, assisting in training and mentoring team members, and supporting strategic decisions to enhance branch profitability and efficiency.
