We’re Hiring: CRM Manager
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented CRM Manager who can take ownership of customer relationships, lead management, retention, and CRM operations while working closely with our sales and business development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the complete customer relationship lifecycle, from lead generation and onboarding to repeat business and retention.
Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
Maintain accurate and updated customer, lead, dealer, distributor, and business-partner databases.




Monitor the complete sales funnel and ensure timely follow-ups, lead nurturing, and closure tracking.
Establish systematic follow-up processes to ensure no qualified lead or customer chance is missed.
Analyze customer behaviour, purchase patterns, feedback, and engagement data to identify business opportunities.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Track CRM performance, sales pipeline, follow-up status, conversion rates, and customer retention metrics.
Prepare regular CRM reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for management.
Identify inactive, lost, and high-potential customers and develop strategies for re-engagement and upselling.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations professionally while ensuring timely resolution.
Develop processes for collecting and managing customer feedback to improve products and services.
