Role Description This is a full-time, in office Forklift Maintenance Technician role based in Bengaluru. The technician will perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on forklifts and related material-handling equipment. Daily responsibilities include executing preventive maintenance schedules, identifying mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, and completing timely corrective actions to minimize downtime. The role involves maintaining service records, coordinating with operations teams to plan maintenance windows, and adhering to safety protocols and compliance standards.



The technician will also support continuous improvement in equipment reliability and participate in root-cause analysis for recurring issues.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance, with hands-on experience in material-handling or similar machinery.
Candidates should possess solid Maintenance & Repair skills, including the ability to diagnose faults and perform component replacements and adjustments.
Candidates should possess expertise in Preventive Maintenance, including planning and executing maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns.
