We are a Silicon Valley based company focused on case acquisition for lawyers. We specialize in Social Security Disability (SSD) and Mass Tort case acquisition, using AI to improve how cases are sourced, qualified, and converted. Our team includes senior product, marketing, and engineering leaders from Silicon Valley, India, Indonesia, and Romania with proven experience launching successful products. About The Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketer who thinks like an owner. You'll take end-to-end ownership of one of our highest-spend US lead generation verticals - full P&L; accountability across Meta, TikTok, and Google - and play a key role in launching new verticals as we scale.
This is not a "run the ads" role. The marketers who win in regulated US verticals are the ones who deeply understand the people on the other side of the ad: what they're worried about, what makes them stop scrolling, what makes them trust a stranger enough to pick up the phone. If you obsess over consumer psychology as much as you obsess over CPLs, you'll thrive here.
