Service Engineer – Industrial Automation At ACI, we’re redefining industrial weighing and automation through intelligent software driven solutions that simplify complex operations. We’re looking for a hands-on, customer driven Service Engineer who can bring our systems to life at customer sites and ensure every installation performs flawlessly.

Responsibilities
Install and commission automation systems — PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, and weighing controllers — ensuring smooth start-up at customer sites.
Diagnose and resolve electrical or control system issues, both on-site and remotely.
Conduct preventive maintenance and health checks to keep systems running efficiently.
Work closely with Projects, R&D;,



and Software teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to product improvements.
Maintain accurate installation reports, service logs, and feedback summaries for continuous enhancement.

Requirements
Strong understanding of PLC systems, sensors, and industrial control circuits.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring schematics.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel and handle in office support activities.
Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.
