Role Description The Life Coaching Program Co-ordinator - Intern is a full-time, hybrid role based in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility for some work from home. This position supports the planning, coordination,



and execution of UCF’s coaching programs and the “Coaching to Launching” framework. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing training schedules, managing participant communication, coordinating evaluations and coaching sessions, and maintaining accurate program documentation. The intern will assist coaches and trainers with logistics, gather feedback from participants, prepare reports on program progress, and help ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve program processes and support marketing and outreach activities related to coaching initiatives.
