Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead the sales and business development function of our event management company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, corporate events, exhibitions, conferences,



brand activations or experiential marketing, with a proven track record of generating revenue and building long-term client relationships. The Sales Head will be responsible for developing sales strategies, leading the sales team, acquiring recent clients, managing key accounts, and achieving overall revenue and profitability targets.
Skills · Preferably from MICE /Events/exhibition/hospitality/advertising · strong experience in event management, experiential marketing, MICE, corporate events, or a closely related industry. · 10-15 years of experience with a team lead position for at least 5 years Preferred education in Event Management/Hotel Management · Good Negotiation and Closing skills with strong emphasis on Client / Candidate Relationship Management · Excellent communication, multitasking skills and problem-solving ability · Able to engage and motivate team members · Excellent in computer skills
