The Opportunity

We're looking for a hunter – someone who thrives on finding new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and building a pipeline from scratch. This is primarily a lead generation role (70%) with the opportunity to grow into full-cycle sales and eventually a team lead position.

Primary Responsibilities (70%): Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Hunt for new business: Identify and research potential clients across hotels, retail brands, car showrooms, cinemas,



corporate offices, and commercial spaces

• Multi-channel outreach: Conduct cold calls, send personalized emails, and leverage LinkedIn to connect with decision-makers – Facility Managers, Marketing Heads, Operations Directors, and Business Owners

• Build your pipeline: Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects with clear weekly and monthly targets

• Market intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and identify market gaps for strategic positioning

• Network actively: Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to generate leads and build relationships

• Book meetings: Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations with qualified prospects

Secondary Responsibilities (30%): Sales & Coordination
