Ergo Sky, a fast-growing US-based brand, is looking for an energetic D2C Growth Associate to join our on-site team in Gurugram.

In this role, you will sit at the core of our day-to-day operations—running digital marketing experiments, coordinating supply chain workflows, and managing daily order fulfilment using modern tools and AI.

What You’ll Work On
- Digital Campaigns & Growth: Launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns, test ad creatives, and track core acquisition metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR).
- AI & Content Production: Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and Canva to quickly draft marketing copy, creatives, and campaign assets.
- Operations & Fulfilment: Monitor order dashboards, resolve logistics bottlenecks, and ensure smooth fulfilment cycles.
- Vendor & Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to keep stock flow seamless.
- Business Visibility:



Gain direct exposure to unit economics, cash flow management, and brand P&L.;

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience (or high-aptitude fresh graduates) in marketing, e-commerce, commerce, or business.
- Tool Proficiency: Solid comfort with Canva, spreadsheet analysis (Excel / Google Sheets), and generative AI workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
- Digital Marketing Foundations: Good understanding of paid social, content strategy, and funnel metrics.
- Mindset: High ownership, proactive problem-solving, and curiosity to learn end-to-end business operations.
