A Snapshot

As the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition, you will lead the country talent
acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives,
workforce priorities, and broader people strategies. You will operate as a




strategic partner to senior business leaders, providing expertise on talent
market trends, workforce planning, and hiring strategies to enable
organisational capability and long-term growth.

You will lead the end-to-end recruitment function for the country, balancing
strategic direction with operational excellence to deliver high-quality,
scalable, and data-driven hiring outcomes. Working cross-functionally with
People & Culture, business leaders, and external partners, you will drive
continuous improvement across recruitment practices, talent pipelines, employer
branding, and candidate experience. As a people leader, you will develop and
lead a high-performing recruitment team, fostering capability, innovation,
accountability, and strong stakeholder partnership across the business.
