We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our existing members.
You’ll interact with customers primarily through WhatsApp, app chat, Instagram, and community groups , helping them with questions, concerns, and day-to-day support.
Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, chat, Instagram, and community groups.
Assist members with program, app, workout, nutrition,



and account-related queries.
Maintain a positive and supportive customer experience.
Help improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, customer experience, or chat support .
~ Excellent written English and robust communication skills.
~ Ability to remain calm and professional while handling complaints.
~ BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy.
