Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls with high professionalism.
- Address customer queries effectively and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Identify sales opportunities and perform upselling on relevant products or services.
- Maintain clear and accurate conversation records.

Requirements
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred.
- Work Mode: 100% Work from Office (Gurgaon).
- Skills: Solid convincing/negotiation skills for upselling, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
