* Role & responsibilities

* Candidate have knowledge of Operation, Maintenance & Process more than 20-

25 years. Washery operation experience will be preferred.

* Candidate having experience an operation and maintenance of Heavy Media

Cyclone, Spiral, Centrifuge, Magnetite Separator, Classifying Cyclone,

Horizontal Belt Filter, Flotation Cell, Belt Press & Thickener may be preferred

* Candidate having knowledge of pump, equipments O&M; and knowledge of laboratory and workshop equipments.

*Having knowledge of Operation Control & Process including quality control &

product.

* Having knowledge of day to day operation activity and preventive, routine &

annual maintenance of Plant.

*Candidate having knowledge of coal quality & product

* Having knowledge of budgeting, cost control and safety of man & machinery

*Having knowledge of maintaining all records for submission to client & for

billing purpose

* Having experience of statutory compliance like verification/renewal of

weighbridge, CTO, renewal of Factory license

* Having expertise & knowledge to manage overall O&M; manpower, shifts etc.

* Having experience & expertise to manage all local & political issues.
