Role Purpose
To be part of Finance & Accounts function by ensuring timely financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit coordination, MIS preparation, and financial analysis for assigned entities while maintaining accuracy and adherence to organizational policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports, schedules, and variance analyses for management review
- Work closely with Projects, Sales, Leasing & Operations teams as a finance business partner
- Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Participate in project reviews, investment decisions and business planning exercises
- Prepare project-wise P&L;, cash flow and balance sheet forecasts
- Monitor performance against budgets and identify key variances
- Monitor project profitability, margins and returns
- Review project costs against approved budgets
- Track cost overruns and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct project feasibility studies and investment appraisals
- Monitor project IRR, NPV and cash flow performance
- Analyse revenue, collections, construction costs, financing costs and project profitability
- Monitor project cash flows and funding requirements
- Prepare monthly business performance reports for management
- Present KPIs,
financial dashboards and insights to leadership teams
- Drive finance transformation and automation initiatives
- Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Assist in preparing cash flow statements, profitability projections, budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses
- Support preparation of Board reports, financial presentations, and statutory filings
- Ensure timely completion of month-end & year-end closing activities as per defined timelines
- Resolve finance-related queries from internal stakeholders within agreed turnaround timelines
- Participate in finance process improvement, digitization, and ERP initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified / MBA from Tier1/Tier2 institutes
- 5-6 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, or similar industries.
- Exposure to SAP ERP and solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Dashboarding
- Working knowledge of Ind AS, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and audit processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
