We are hiring a Graphic Design Intern to work directly with the performance marketing team on client ad creatives static ads and GIFs that ship into live campaigns from week one.

This is not a coffee-fetching internship. You will own real creatives for real clients, get real feedback from real campaign data, and build a portfolio of work that has actually been tested in market. Strong performers convert to a full-time role at the end of the internship.

What you will do

- Design static ad creatives for LinkedIn (single image, carousels, document ads), Meta (single image, carousels), and Google (Display, Demand Gen)
- Design animated GIF ads for LinkedIn and Meta
- Work alongside the performance marketing team on creative briefs and iteration cycles based on weekly performance data
- Ship multiple creative variants per campaign angle tests, hook tests, format tests
- Learn and apply each client's brand system, tone, and visual identity
- Turn around fresh creatives in 24 48 hours when a campaign needs new angles

Must-have

- A portfolio (academic, freelance, or personal projects) showing strong design instincts
- Valuable working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)




- Sharp creative thinking — you can read a brief, generate multiple angles, and pick the strongest one
- Strong eye for typography, layout, hierarchy, and white space
- Hunger to learn fast, ship a lot, and take feedback well
- Direct, no-fluff communication — you ask the right questions and clarify before you start
- Available full-time, in the Noida office, 5 days a week for the duration of the internship

Nice to have

- Basic motion / GIF skills in After Effects or Figma
- Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Figma AI, etc.) to speed up ideation
- Any prior internship, freelance, or agency exposure (not required)
- Awareness of B2B SaaS or digital advertising as a space
