1+ year of experience in Customer Service (BPO/KPO/International Process)
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Solid problem-solving and multitasking skills
Typing speed of 30 to 40 WPM with 90%+ accuracy
Graduation Mandatory
Experience in E-commerce/Retail customer support is an added advantage.
What you'll do:
Manage customer queries across call and e-mail platforms
Resolve customer issues within SLA
Coordinate with internal teams for end-to-end resolution
Handle tickets, follow-ups, and reporting
