We're Hiring HR Executive/Senior HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to offer and joining.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation for new hires.
- Manage complete onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations and HR queries and provide timely support.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

Preferred Candidate:

- Graduate/MBA in HR, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in HR Generalist activities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Immediate joiners or 15 days notice period are preferred.

Location: Noida Sector- 16
Experience: 3 to 5 years

Shift: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Upto 6 LPA
