Job opening: Manager / Sales & Operations

What youll do

You will be a core member of our Sales Operations team. Your mission:

Customer Relationship & Order Management: Lead sales and supply chain operations encompassing customer order management, demand planning, procurement, production planning (PPC), inventory control, logistics, and customer fulfilment to ensure seamless business operations and superior service levels.

Supply Chain Planning & Operational Excellence: Plan and monitor shipments, manage inventory and lead times, resolve critical supply chain challenges, and ensure uninterrupted material flow in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Issue Resolution: Lead and collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and global stakeholders to resolve customer pain points and ensure seamless execution across the supply chain.

Team management: Mentoring and developing team members to enhance overall team performance by fostering a high-performance culture, encouraging accountability and ownership, and building the capabilities needed to achieve operational excellence.

ERP, Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Leverage ERP systems and advanced Excel to manage supply chain data, generate and analyze reports, monitor operational KPIs, and implement continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Who you are

Strong technical foundation

Candidates should have BTech / BE degree.



Fluent in ERP systems and Excel (you love data and digital tools)

Relevant experience

You should have 12-15 years of experience in SCM, Order Processing, or Sales Coordination (bonus points for automotive or manufacturing exposure. Pro at customer/supplier communication—clear, proactive, and solutions-focused.
