Role: UI/UX Designer

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Only

CTC: 3 LPA to 4.2 LPA, depending on interview

Role & responsibilities

- Collaborate with product teams, developers, project managers, and senior designers to define and implement effective UI/UX solutions.
- Understand user requirements, conduct basic user research, and contribute to defining user journeys and flows for web and mobile applications.
- Design engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with project goals and brand guidelines.
- Maintain design consistency by following and contributing to design systems and UI standards.
- Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, design tools, and emerging technologies.
- Coordinate with developers during the design handoff process to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Manage multiple design tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile





- Proficiency in Figma (mandatory); working knowledge of tools such as Balsamiq, Canva, Photoshop, Miro, or InVision is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, visual hierarchy, and usability best practices.
- Good eye for typography, color theory, layout, and spacing.
- Ability to design responsive, mobile-first interfaces; knowledge of accessibility guidelines is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in the UI/UX design field.
- A portfolio on Behance or Dribbble showcasing design projects is mandatory.
- Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is an added advantage.
