We are looking for a highly skilled Design Manager with 2-5 years of experience in Solar Design to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in PV system design, AutoCAD, Helioscope/PVsyst, electrical and structural design, and engineering optimization.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage the design team to ensure timely completion of solar projects.
- Develop and implement effective design strategies for C&I; rooftop solar projects.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design-related issues.
- Perform site testing and commissioning of solar systems.
- Ensure designs meet quality and safety standards.

Job Requirements

- Proficiency in Solar system design, AutoCAD, Helioscope/PVSyst, and engineering optimization.
- Experience in C&I; rooftop solar projects is preferred.
- Solid understanding of electrical and structural design principles.
- Ability to manage a team and lead by example.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
