- Salary: 3.75 LPA to 5 LPA (As per experience)

Eligibility Criteria for Chat Process:

- Minimum 9 months of international BPO experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Valuable typing speed.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle international customer queries via call or chat professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines.
- Document interactions and update systems accordingly.
