Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle assigned interior fit-out projects independently from drawing development to execution support.
- Prepare accurate GFC (Positive for Construction) drawings based on conceptual designs and project requirements.
- Develop detailed drawings for walls, ceiling finishes, wardrobes, toilets, millwork and joinery.
- Coordinate drawings and technical requirements with site teams, designers, vendors and consultants.
- Review and update drawings as per site conditions, design changes and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed joinery and interior detailing drawings with proper dimensions and specifications.
- Coordinate MEP services including HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing with interior drawings.
- Support the project team in resolving drawing-related technical and site execution issues.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated and issued within project timelines.
- Work on luxury villas, hospitality projects (3-star, 5-star and 7-star hotels), commercial and corporate interiors.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint for project documentation and presentation.
