About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, including strong expertise in IT/Technology Recruitment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across India as well as Global/International markets.

This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, technical hiring expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring mandates across different geographies and time zones.

IT Recruitment experience and exposure to both India & Global Hiring are mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding and sourcing to offer management, joining, and onboarding.
- Handle IT/Technology hiring across various levels, functions, and technical skill sets.
- Manage recruitment requirements across India and Global/International markets.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, internal databases, Boolean searches, networking, and other innovative sourcing channels.
- Conduct detailed candidate screening and evaluation based on technical skills, relevant experience, communication, career progression, and organizational fit.
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, offer closures, and joining follow-ups.
- Build and maintain solid talent pipelines for current, recurring, and future technology hiring requirements.




- Manage multiple positions simultaneously while ensuring hiring TAT, recruitment targets, and business requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, MIS, hiring reports, and recruitment-related documentation.
- Work closely with stakeholders and hiring managers across different geographies, countries, and time zones.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market availability, pipeline strength, challenges, and recruitment metrics.
- Contribute to employer branding, candidate engagement, recruitment process improvement, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience.
- Mandatory: Strong hands-on IT Recruitment experience.
- Mandatory: Experience handling both India and Global/International Hiring.
- Strong understanding of IT/Technology roles, technical skill sets, and technology hiring requirements.
- Excellent sourcing capabilities with strong expertise in Boolean search and candidate research.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn and major recruitment/job portals.
- Strong candidate assessment, screening, and interviewing capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and hiring manager engagement skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up, ownership, and candidate relationship management skills.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and across different time zones and geographies will be an advantage.
