We are hiring an HR Executive / Human Resource Executive -(WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout
Handle onboarding and induction of new joiners
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations
Understand job requirements by coordinating closely with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews to evaluate candidates experience and suitability.




Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain a solid candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment cycle and ensure a positive experience.
Track recruitment progress and share regular reports with stakeholders.

Required Skills:

6 months -1 year of HR experience in a corporate Manpower consultancy (Technical Recruitment)
Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Work Location- Noida Sector-3
No. of Positions- 5
Shifts - 12pm-9pm (Mon-Fri)
Joining Time- Immediate

Interview Timings- 4pm-8pm (Monday- Friday)
