Gynoveda is building the world's largest chain of Ayurveda fertility clinics. 62 clinics live across 30-plus cities, on a transparent path to 200. Short-form video fills those clinics. We are looking for a writer who has experience writing ads for FMCG or D2C brands and lives by the Hook, Message, CTA. You report to the Senior Creative Director inside our in-house studio.

Write hooks, scripts, and storylines for performance ads, reels, explainers, and testimonials, in Hindi and English
Structure every script on Hook, Message, CTA, and defend that structure through the edit
Write creative variants for A/B testing, then read CTR and watch time with the performance marketing team to sharpen the next round
5 to 9 years writing ads for FMCG or D2C brands, agency or in-house
~ A portfolio of ad films, reels, or Meta ads with performance numbers behind them
~ Deep command of hooks, persuasion structure, and call to action
~ Strong writing in Hindi and English
~ Onsite, Monday to Friday.
