Key Responsibilities
1. Compensation & Benefits Operations - Cluster Countries
Lead and manage end-to-end C&B; operations for assigned cluster countries, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all rewards transactions.
Oversee salary benchmarking, pay review cycles, merit increase processing, and market data analysis for cluster geographies.
Ensure country-specific compensation structures and benefit programmes are maintained and aligned with global ABB policy.
Manage perks enrolment, renewals, vendor coordination, and employee queries related to health, wellness, retirement, and other benefit plans.
Partner with local HRBPs and country HR teams to address C&B; escalations, exceptions, and complex cases.
Maintain data integrity in HR systems (Workday / SAP)
for all compensation and benefits records across cluster countries.
2. Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) Process Management
Own and drive the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) process end-to-end for Global: from target setting, mid-year review, year-end calculation to payout processing.
Coordinate with P&R;, HRBPs, and Business Leaders to ensure accurate AIP eligibility lists, payout calculations, and exception management.
Manage AIP communication and employee-facing documentation in coordination with HR Front Office and COE.
Ensure all AIP activities comply with ABB global guidelines, local labour laws, and audit requirements.Perform quality checks and reconciliation of AIP data before final payroll submission.
Track AIP timelines, identify risks, and proactively escalate issues to the Hub Delivery Manager.
3. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead a team of C&B; specialists; manage work allocation, capacity planning, and business
