Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and relationship building to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell insurance products and services.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets by consistently meeting sales quotas.
Job Requirements :
- 0.6-4 years of experience in b2c sales, business development, HNI sales, inside sales, insurance sales, matrimonial sales or telesales.
- Proven track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective cold calling and relationship building.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
