Job Overview: We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Production Vaidya to oversee the manufacturing and formulation of our Ayurvedic and herbal healthcare products. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional Ayurvedic science and contemporary pharmaceutical manufacturing, ensuring all products are made according to authentic texts while maintaining strict quality, safety, and GMP compliance standards
Key Responsibilities:
Process Supervision:

- Pastes: Supervise boiling the raw herbs, checking the thickness of sugar syrup or honey, and managing the cooling and mixing processes.
- Tablets: Oversee grinding the ingredients, mixing them wet or dry into granules, drying them out, pressing them into tablets, and applying the outer coating.




- Batch Production: Execute operations according to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Master Formula Records (MFR) for paste and solid dosage lines.
- Quality & Verification: Authenticate raw herbs, extracts, and binders. Perform in-process checks (friability, hardness, disintegration time for tablets; Paka test for pastes).
- Compliance & Hygiene: Ensure strict adherence to GMP / AYUSH guidelines, cleanroom standards, and equipment hygiene across cooking vessels, granulators, and rotary tablet presses.

Requirements:

- Education: BAMS or B.Pharm (Ayurveda).
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years experience in Ayurvedic manufacturing specifically.
